Richard Dreher

Founder and Managing Principal of The Dreher Group, LLC, Rich has spent nearly 40 years in the commercial real estate business in the New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania markets as a developer and broker. Prior to founding TDG in 1994, Rich served as owner or senior executive in several specialty brokerage and development entities from 1979 through the early 90’s. During this period, he developed properties for Giant Foods, Weis Markets, and represented tenants such as Staples, Shoprite, Bennigans Tavern and Steak n’ Ale restaurants and others. Known for his perseverance and creativity, Rich has been called upon by clients to complete many difficult and challenging projects over the years. Rich is also Co-Founder and member of the Board of Directors of Little Critter® LLC, currently developing IP’s based on the beloved Little Critter ® character. An avid tennis player and member of a USTA doubles team, he also spends his free time as an active supporter of philanthropic organizations.   

David Herbert

David holds his AIA license and his Real Estate License in Pennsylvania. In his 30-year professional life, David has served in various capacities in the design and construction services arena. As Manager of Architectural Services for Marriott Corporation he supervised design services for the restaurants branded by Marriott. Subsequently, he served as Manager of Architectural Services for Hechinger, the national home improvement retail chain. Serving as President of Little and Associates, David supervised design services for Home Depot and CVS among other retail clients. In his own construction management company David' client list included Wendy’s, Burger King, Dunkin Donuts, Dairy Queen, BP, Sunoco, Exxon, McDonalds, First Union, and Au Bon Pain, among others. David currently is managing the development and construction of larger shopping center projects for The Dreher Group, LL and its partners.

Erika Reed

Prior to joining The Dreher Group, LLC, in early 2018, Erika served successfully as a project manager for a regional commercial real estate development company based in Bucks County, PA . Previously, Erika worked in the zoning and land development in the public sector as the Zoning Officer and Land Development Coordinator for a large suburban Philadelphia township. Erika graduated from Temple University with a degree in Community and Regional Planning. Erika’s previous experience in the public arena, and as a project manager, combined with her natural good judgement and people skills serve her well in her current responsibilities at TDG as Land Development Manager supervising numerous development projects in PA and NJ.

Chris Dreher

Chris began his real estate career as a leasing agent working for Amazing Space Properties, a diversified leasing and tenant representation company based in Ardmore, PA. Subsequently, he joined TDG where he is responsible for marketing and leasing retail space and representing retail and restaurant tenants in NJ and PA. Chris attended Hunter College in NYC majoring in Health Sciences followed by three years in the health and fitness industry working for Parabolic Sports Therapy, a Physical Therapy and Sports training company as well as for Equinox in Manhattan. Later he had his own massage and personal training practice in northern New Jersey for three years before entering the real estate business.

Dylan Dreher

Dylan joined TDG after spending over 5 years in SaaS sales and account services in the Big Data/Analytics space focusing on Business Intelligence performance and Data Lake strategies. Prior, he worked in the entertainment industry in production and creative development. Dylan graduated from the University of California where he studied Film and Acting from the University of Southern California. Dylan is responsible for Business Development at TDG and is excited to expand the family business and take on many new and exciting projects.

Patricia Columbo

Patricia has been with TDG for 20 years in various positions including Accounting Manager, Building Manager, and currently as Vice President. Prior to joining The Dreher Group, she worked for a regional environmental consulting company as a project manager as well as serving as accounting manager for a regional construction and development company in the northeast. Patricia graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Business Economics.  

Zachary Carr-Dreher

Zachary joined TDG after more than 20 years in broadcast television production and operations with the likes of NBC, CBS, MSNBC, CNBC, CNN and most recently as the Vice President of Broadcast Operations at Channel One News. With his depth of knowledge in the current media landscape, his goal is to drive greater awareness of TDG though omnichannel marketing initiatives, broadening engagement and fulfilling TDG’s customer-centric mandate.
