Rite Aid
The Dreher Group was a preferred developer for Rite Aid from the early 1990’s through the next twenty years developing over 50 stores as an owner/turnkey developer or as a fee developer. Building new stores and relocating other key stores, TDG helped re-position Rite Aid in one of their core markets in their home state of Pennsylvania as well as in New Jersey.
Wegmans
When Wegmans made their initial move beyond New York into Pennsylvania TDG worked closely with management to select and acquire their first key sites in northeastern Pennsylvania and the Lehigh Valley. Working with one of the premier supermarket companies in the US, we played an important role in their expansion to the south where they now reach into Maryland and Virginia.
Wawa
When Wawa began their push into central and northern New Jersey, TDG became one of their early preferred developers, locating and developing some of their first key locations in the region. Within the first few years of the the relationship TDG opened 6 stores and currently has numerous new stores in the entitlement process.
QSR & Fast Casual
TDG serves expanding QSR and fast casual franchisees of such companies as Popeyes, Chipotle, Qdoba and others, throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania as well as in current and future growth markets. It has been engaged by AR Group of Restaurants to assist them with development services, including site selection and ground-up development to expand their Popeyes branded stores in NY, NJ and eastern PA. To date, TDG has opened Popeyes stores in northeast Philadelphia, Warminster, Lancaster PA and is currently about to open one in Allentown, PA. Deals are signed in Linden, Burlington, Hasbrouck Heights and Runnemede, NJ, with more in the pipeline. AR Group operates over 100 restaurants in NYC and the Boroughs of Queens and Staten Island as well as in NJ and eastern Pennsylvania. Its holdings include Dunkins and Taco Bells in NYC in addition to its Popeyes branded stores. In recent months, TDG has completed a Chipotle Mexican Grill in Moosic, PA, and is in the process of completing a second in Stroud township alongside WAWA. It is also collaborating with Qdoba in Sicklerville, NJ and is in negotiations for an additional store in Linden, NJ, adjacent to Popeyes and WAWA. Actively seeking sites for all of the above in NJ and PA.

As a preferred developer for The Giant Company, TDG has developed Giant-anchored shopping centers in Dickson City, PA, East Manchester, PA, and served as a consultant the leasing and redevelopment of a shopping center in Scranton, PA
